Yoga for Trauma

  • Jesalyn offers an 8 week series with a focus on healing trauma for women. This is a closed group that explores the body, breath and movement and how it relates to trauma healing. Please sign up for the newsletter or stay in touch on social media to get updates on future class series dates. Private classes with a focus on trauma healing also available.

Yoga

  • Jesalyn is trained in Hatha Yoga at the 200 hour level and has 20+ years experience as a student. She credits yoga for constantly making her a better person and thinks everyone should try it!
  • Jesalyn is not currently teaching a regular public class but is available for private sessions and teaches workshops and small group classes.
